Foxvans

Foxvans is a modular van conversion company in Richmond, California, in the East Bay. Rather than traditional stick-built interiors, Foxvans designs and manufactures a system of interlocking aluminum modules — the Super Suite product line — that can be installed as a turnkey conversion or purchased as a DIY kit starting at $24,999. The modular system is built around extruded aluminum framing with warm wood face panels. Core modules include the Super Sleeper (a queen bed with 34 inches of vertical travel that sleeps up to four), a convertible dinette, and a high-roof garage storage system. The full-length galley includes integrated microwave, large countertop, and removable cutting board. Water systems include 35 gallons fresh, six gallons hot water, and a grey water tank. Foxvans builds on Sprinter 144 and 170-wheelbase AWD platforms and the Ford Transit Cargo with the 3.5-liter EcoBoost in both standard and extended lengths. The aluminum construction makes the system lighter and more durable than wood-framed builds, and the modular design means components can be reconfigured with standard hand tools. DIY kits ship to the buyer for self-installation. Turnkey builds are completed at their Bay Area facility.
